Today I did two useful things. Neither see results today or likely even a few days. But I'm starting up a very good (and hopefully productive) few weeks.
Hello, I missed a week or two to general slacking again. Hopefully I can do some good work this week and next. I'm getting pretty close to a good system. It's interesting how far I am and how far it seems to go. Whenever I make a good system, I think of the dozen more left to do. Well, I think discovery of new problems will slow to a stop. Then when the engine is complete, I'll have a lot of scripting to do (which I totally love, considering the years I spent writing ASP scripts, hah).
Yet another MoJF. But today is special since I'm on dial-up. While I write this, I'm downloading the March 10th Off the Hook at 3.4 kBps. That translates to 27.2 kbps, which is half of my possible 56 kbps. How is a person able to survive on dial-up? It's a mixture of patience, hope, and a large archive of the stuff I got while I was on broadband.
